Tactical Response Team

The Tactical Response Team (TRT) is the primary armed security force within Naramo Nuclear Plant V2. Operating under the Plant Security department, TRT members are trained for rapid response to hostile incursions, internal threats, and emergency situations requiring lethal or non-lethal force.

In the setting of 1963 East Noobia, the TRT functions as a paramilitary unit embedded within the state-owned facility. They answer to the Plant Director and, in their absence, to senior Corporate staff.

Player Tip
TRT is one of the most active roles in the game. You'll spend most of your time patrolling, responding to alerts, and escorting key personnel. Communication with your team is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to intrusion alerts and hostile activity throughout the plant
  • Secure Zone D (Security sector) and enforce access restrictions
  • Escort Plant Director, Corporate, and Shift Manager on request
  • Conduct patrols of all public zones (Zone A and outer areas)
  • Detain and process unauthorized personnel at the Holding Area
  • Defend the Reactor Core (Zone B) during emergencies
  • Coordinate with General Security on patrol schedules

Access Level

TRT members hold a High Security clearance, granting access to all security-designated areas including Zone D, the Holding Area, the 2NIA office corridor, and armory access points. Access to Zone B (Reactor area) is permitted during active threats with authorization from a senior DoE member.

Rules of Conduct

  • Lethal force is authorized against confirmed hostiles โ€” not on unarmed civilians
  • Detain before terminating where tactically possible
  • Do not enter Zone B without DoE authorization unless the reactor is at risk
  • All detentions must be processed through the Holding Area
  • Follow orders from Plant Director and Corporate above your own judgment
  • Do not abuse access cards โ€” unauthorized sharing is a dismissible offence

Player Tips

๐Ÿ“ก
Patrolling
Cover Zone A first, then swing through the exterior perimeter. Check the Garden regularly โ€” it's a common entry point for ANRO operatives.
โš ๏ธ
Zone B Entry
Entering Zone B without authorization from a DoE senior is considered a protocol violation in RP servers and may result in removal from the role.

Working with Other Teams

TRT operates closely alongside General Security for daily patrols, but maintains a separate chain of command. During high-alert situations, TRT takes operational precedence over all security decisions.

Coordination with Shift Manager is important โ€” the SM can authorize escalation protocols and expand TRT's operating authority during active incidents.

Trivia

  • The TRT is styled loosely on Cold War-era Soviet internal security units
  • Their black uniform makes them easy to spot โ€” but also easy to impersonate
  • ANRO operatives often target TRT first to reduce the plant's defensive capability
