Plant Director

The Plant Director is the highest-ranking role within Naramo Nuclear Plant V2. Appointed by the East Noobia Department of Energy and answerable only to the Supreme Military Council, the Director holds total authority over all plant operations, personnel, and security decisions.

In 1963 East Noobia, the Plant Director is simultaneously a government official, a military asset, and a symbolic figurehead — their presence in the plant is a direct expression of state power. ANRO considers the Director a high-value target.

The Plant Director is a priority target for ANRO operatives. TRT should maintain close escort at all times when the Director is active in-server. Never leave the Director unguarded.

Responsibilities

Command authority over all Department of Energy and Plant Security staff
Authorise elevated threat responses including lockdowns and zone closures
Oversee reactor operations decisions in coordination with senior Reactor Ops staff
Receive and review intelligence briefings from 2NIA and Corporate
Approve access card issuance for restricted zones (Zone B, Zone D)
Serve as final arbiter in disciplinary and conduct matters
Liaise with the East Noobia Department of Energy on operational status

As Director you're a priority kill target. Never roam alone — keep at least one TRT member within sight. The Admin Complex is your safest base of operations.

Use your authority

You can issue server-wide directives through radio chat. Use this to coordinate lockdowns, alert TRT to suspicious activity, or authorise reactive measures. People respond to the Director — use it.

Working with Other Roles

The Director relies on Corporate as a day-to-day delegate — if you need to step away, Corporate assumes authority. TRT is your shield; build a good working relationship early. Shift Manager handles floor operations so the Director can focus on higher-level decisions.

Treat 2NIA briefings seriously — they often have early intelligence on ANRO activity. A Director who ignores intelligence briefings tends to have shorter server lifespans.
